WOW – 7/11/11

This one's not for time but it will give you a good workout if you pick the right weight!

See if you can complete this workout without putting the bar down (until you get upto mountain climbers)

Barbell complex circuit


15 squats

15 push press

15 bent over rows

15 lunges (each side)

15 mountain climbers (no bar needed)
