Pullups - 25 reps
Dumbbell Deadlift - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
Body-Weight Squat Jumps - 50 reps
V-Ups - 50 reps
Dumbbell Push Press - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
